About Wagtails Cottage

This wonderful property is modern, spacious and well equipped, furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout, with everything you would need for your doggy holiday.

There is a utility room and adjacent outside hot doggy shower, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, throws (for use on sofas and chairs), dog towels, poo bags, treats and toys.

The living room has comfy seating for you and your dogs, an electric fire and 50" Smart TV.

The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a freezer that can be used for raw food.

Outside, you can relax in the private hot tub, even in the winter months, or in the large double-ended bath. For the younger guests, there is a cot, highchair and stairgate available. There is a den room with toys and books, and a shared park close by with swings and slides.

Wagtails provides everything you would need for your dogs and for the family.

The garden is well-fenced and has a large patio area with seating, a charcoal barbecue and food serving area. The garden is private with views over open countryside. The hot tub area also has seating and plastic glasses are supplied so you can sip sundowners whilst in the hot tub on summer evenings.

DOWNSTAIRS:

• Living room: With electric pebble-effect fire and 50" Smart TV. Settee and chairs, selection of books, maps and games.

• Kitchen: With a range style gas cooker with griddle plate, gas hobs, two ovens & a grill.  Also a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, iron & ironing board, a wide variety of cooking utensils, pots, pans & dishes for four people plus extras, oak floor and granite tops. 

  Conservatory/dining room: With French doors leading out onto a sheltered, private patio area with outside table, a perfect place for alfresco dining and then on to a well fenced south facing private garden where you will find the Hot tub. Charcoal barbecue. Shed with washer, dryer and games table.  Outside hot shower for dogs.

UPSTAIRS:

• Bedroom 1: Large light room with kingsize bed, day bed and cot. All bedding provided.  Wardrobe and dressing table.

• Bathroom: With large double end bath, large shower cubicle, sink, mirror and toilet.

• Snug: With a selection of toys and seating.

• Bedroom 2 (low door): With twin beds, sloping ceiling and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Children are made very welcome with toys and games and access to the shared play area of swings, slides, climbing wall and plenty of space to play.  Travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided.
